Juçara Festival

Regenerative tradition in the Atlantic Forest

On September 12th, Ibiti celebrates the Juçara Festival, an event dedicated to one of the most symbolic species of the Atlantic Forest, the juçara palm, a native tree that represents regeneration, biodiversity, and the future.

More than just a harvest celebration, the Juçara Festival is an invitation to learn firsthand about the history of this essential species for the balance of the forest and for the rewilding and environmental regeneration initiatives that are part of Ibiti.

Cuisine inspired by the juçara fruit.

The idea is to transform encounters with nature into a shared experience: moments of learning, togetherness, and gastronomy inspired by the flavors of juçara, a traditional fruit of the Atlantic Forest, nutritious and full of meaning.

In Ibiti, the pulp of the fruit, the juçaí, is used in smoothies, ice cream, and wherever else creativity allows. Jelly is another way to enjoy its flavor.

The special program for this edition is being prepared and will be announced soon. Between trails, gatherings, and outdoor experiences, the Juçara Festival invites guests and visitors to be part of a larger movement: planting today the landscape we want to live in tomorrow.

A celebration of nature, community, and regeneration.
