A special experience to celebrate the coffee harvest.
When the coffee plantations reach the peak of the harvest, Ibiti celebrates one of the most symbolic moments of its agricultural calendar: the Coffee Festival, an experience that transforms the natural cycle of production into culture, gathering, and hospitality.
A time when the region reveals one of its most emblematic flavors. In Ibiti, coffee is born, grows, and is harvested by hand, roasted, and served in the same landscape where you are staying.
The program begins after breakfast with the Coffee Route, a guided immersion in small groups through the complete cycle of the plant: from the fields to the manual harvesting process, passing through artisanal grinding and tasting.

Throughout the journey, the atmosphere transforms into a celebration: decorations inspired by the harvest, references to the Minas Gerais terroir, seasonal flavors, and experiences that bring visitors closer to coffee culture.
For participants in the full program, the experience culminates in an open-air lunch in the terroir, with live music and garden-to-table cuisine, a meeting between nature, tradition and flavor.
The Coffee Festival is an ongoing annual tradition that invites each guest to be a part of its history.
