The daily rate includes:

PETS
- We like to emphasize that the presence of domestic animals in environmental preservation areas poses risks to wildlife and to the pets themselves.
- For this reason, we allow small animals in some cases (if they are staying at Casa Carlinhos or if there is exclusivity for the 8 rooms in the lodge), at a cost of R$ 450.00 per day. In the Village and Remote we accept them under the same conditions.
- We ask that you bring a collar and leash, as well as the necessary food supplies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Regular reservations:
- Cancellations made up to 31 days before check-in: no penalty.
Cancellations between 30 and 8 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount of the stay is non-refundable, and the remaining 50% will be available as a credit.
Cancellations 7 days or less in advance: 100% of the total amount of the accommodation is non-refundable. - Holidays and events: 100% of the non-refundable accommodation amount, specific conditions apply, and partial or total retention of the reservation amount may apply.
Group bookings, holidays, weddings, buyouts and events:
- Cancellations made up to 60 days before check-in: no penalty, and the amount will be available as a credit.
- Cancellations with less than 60 days' notice: specific conditions apply according to the contract, and there may be partial or total retention of the booking price.
