Tariff

The daily rate includes:

- Full board: breakfast + lunch + dinner.

- Non-alcoholic drinks: with seasonal fruit, teas and coffee. We don't serve soft drinks.

- Morning yoga practice (Ibiti Village and Ibiti Engenho).

- Daily scheduled walking tour with a guide.

OPTIONAL

- Rental of assisted bikes.

- Horseback riding.

- 4×4 or electric vehicle tours.

- Special events such as picnics, lunches and outdoor dinners.

- Private guide.

- ECO PRINT fee of R$ 250/day if you want to drive your own vehicle.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

- Check in 15h | Check out 12h.

- It is possible to request late check out until 3pm, subject to availability and payment of an extra fee of 30% of the daily rate, with lunch included.

- Early check-in is also possible from 11am, subject to availability and payment of an extra fee of 30% of the daily rate.

PETS

• We like to emphasize that the presence of domestic animals in environmental preservation areas poses risks to wildlife and to the pets themselves.
• For this reason, we allow small animals in some cases (if they are staying at Casa Carlinhos or if there is exclusivity for the 8 rooms in the lodge), at a cost of R$ 450.00 per day. In the Village and Remote we accept them under the same conditions.
• If you allow it, please bring a leash and the necessary food supplies.

• In some environments, access for pets may be restricted or prohibited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular reservations:

• Cancellations made up to 31 days before check-in: no penalty.
  Cancellations between 30 and 8 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount of the stay is non-refundable, and the remaining 50% will be available as a credit.
  Cancellations 7 days or less in advance: 100% of the total amount of the accommodation is non-refundable.
• Holidays and events: 100% of the non-refundable accommodation amount, specific conditions apply, and partial or total retention of the reservation amount may apply.

Group bookings, holidays, weddings, buyouts and events:

• Cancellations made up to 60 days before check-in: no penalty, and the amount will be available as a credit.
• Cancellations with less than 60 days' notice: specific conditions apply according to the contract, and there may be partial or total retention of the booking price.
