During four days of immersion, the retreat The Bliss Within It combines ancient teachings from Vedanta philosophy and Ayurveda science with contemporary wellness practices, nature walks, yoga, and inspiring encounters. A rare experience that integrates knowledge, contemplation, and fellowship.

What is Vedanta?

Vedanta is a classical philosophy from India dedicated to understanding human nature and the purpose of life.

His teachings lead to a clearer understanding of the mind, relationships, and the choices we make daily. Among his fundamental texts is... Bhaja Govindam, This is a quote from the philosopher Adi Shankaracharya, which proposes a profound reflection: true happiness lies not in external accumulation, but in self-knowledge.

During the retreat, participants explore these ideas through classes, open conversations, and guided reflection sessions.

Ayurveda: the science of balance and vitality.

With over 5,000 years of tradition, Ayurveda offers practical tools to restore harmony between body, mind, and environment.

Throughout the immersion program, topics such as the following will be covered:

  • individual constitution
  • mindful eating
  • balanced routine
  • stress management
  • longevity and vitality

The approach is always applicable to contemporary life.

Disciples of the renowned philosopher Swami A. Parthasarathy, They have been studying Vedanta for over 20 years and teach courses and give lectures at universities, companies, and organizations in more than 15 countries.

Special international participation

One of the highlights of this edition will be the presence of the Ayurvedic doctor. Dr. Naresh Perumbuduri, Senior Ayurvedic Physician at the award-winning retreat. Ananda in the Himalayas, a world reference in integrative wellness.

The Ayurvedic doctor has clinical and academic experience in metabolism, healthy aging, hormonal balance, and reproductive health. Their sessions translate the classical wisdom of Ayurveda into practical guidance for everyday life.

Accommodation at Ibiti Village

Accommodation takes place at Ibiti Village, in the charming Vila Mogol, a small mountain village carefully restored and integrated into the landscape of the Serra de Ibitipoca.
