In winter, when strawberries are at their peak, Ibiti invites families to celebrate together at the Strawberry Festival, which takes place on August 15th with joy, color, and flavor.
One day, Ibiti opens its greenhouses so that guests of all ages can participate in the harvest with their own hands, discovering that the most intense flavor is always the one that comes from direct experience with the land.
The program begins in the greenhouses, with a guided tour of the garden beds and a collective harvest of fresh strawberries. For the children, it's time to plant their own strawberry plant in a small pot to take home, extending the memory of the day.
After the harvest, the celebration continues at Praia do Mogol, where an open-air lunch takes place with desserts made from freshly picked strawberries.
Throughout the entire period, a festive atmosphere spreads across the region, with themed decorations, special amenities in the rooms, and breakfast featuring seasonal produce, creating an ambiance that transforms the harvest into a tradition.
