Agronomist Gabriel Barbosa Pereira launched the trend when he took over the leadership of Gaia Produtos Ecol\u00f3gicos during the maternity leave of his wife, Janice Ventorim, also an agronomist. Known affectionately as \"Janice's Gabriel\", he moves the village around with the fair when he can find time between his duties, which involve another enterprise in Ibiti, Fruit Way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"It's a way of bringing health to our employees, with quality products and the opportunity for them to learn about the importance of planting and consuming pesticide-free food. In addition, we use sustainable practices that reflect Ibiti's values,\" explains Gabriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
