Spa at Ibiti: time for self-care and well-being for you

July 21, 2025

Between the challenges of everyday life and the constant digital connection, the body asks for a break. The mind seeks silence. And the spirit yearns for reconnection. This is when wellness destinations come into their own: journeys where rest turns into true regeneration. And visiting the spa at Ibiti is one of those itineraries.

In Vila Mogol, surrounded by the regenerating mountains, Ibiti Village offers a rare experience: an invitation to self-care in its most genuine form. The Spa Village combines restorative practices, therapeutic massages, essential oils and elements of nature to nourish body, mind and soul.

Start the day by breathing in nature

Early in the morning, guests are invited to take part in yoga sessions, which are included in the daily rate. The practice takes place in different open and inspiring spaces, such as the orchidarium, the Oca and the cozy fitness room of the Spa Village itself, with windows that open onto the green.

"Outdoor yoga brings a different quality of presence. It's as if the body is getting into the rhythm of nature and the mind is finding a place to rest," says Rosana Habiba, one of the massage therapists and instructors on the Spa Village team.

A sensory dive

In the late afternoon or after a walk in the woods, the touch of the therapists at Spa Village turns relaxation into a ritual. The most requested massage is the Integrative, which lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. "It's the most complete, because it allows you to experience a little bit of everything. Stones, bamboo... and the Tibetan bowl. It acts on the chakras through sound vibration, which resonates with each energy center in the body, promoting balance and well-being," says Flávia Cerqueira, a massage therapist and artist with a hand in the intervals.

Alchemy of nature

In addition to the technique, the care taken with the ingredients is an essential part of the spa's philosophy. "We use pure 100% vegetable oil. From there, we alchemize the blends with various essential oils. There's relaxing, energizing and aphrodisiac, each with four oils in a unique combination," explains Habiba.

She also highlights the use of elements that come straight from the earth: "What makes our massages even more special are the resources that come from the mineral and plant kingdoms, such as the pebbles from the waterfalls and the bamboo that we harvest right here and prepare with great care. There's also the scent of the oils, the high-vibration music and the natural teas. It's an experience that involves all the senses."

Water as a source of healing

Another unique experience is Watsu: an aquatic technique based on Zen Shiatsu, performed in a heated pool, with fluid movements that promote stretching, floating and deep surrender. "It's an experience of self-regeneration, accessible to anyone and totally personalized," says Habiba.

The heated swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, by appointment only. The Spa Village also has a modern fitness area integrated into the natural landscape, ideal for pilates, cardio and functional weight training.

A space that invites care

More than just a spa, the environment invites you in. Shelves with books and handicrafts, cozy corners for calm and relaxing reading, a garden, charming bathrooms and a massage room that inspires total surrender make Spa Village a true temple of well-being.

When you're in Ibit Village, take this time for yourself!
