Festa Junina in Ibiti

Friday: Dinner at Yucca

On Friday, the Yucca restaurant will be decorated in country style and will have a cozy atmosphere to host a June dinner full of affection and flavor. The special menu features creative reinterpretations of typical dishes, prepared with organic ingredients and harvested in Ibiti itself: there's roasted pamonha with mountain cheese, creamy canjica with fresh coconut, green corn risotto, broths, quentão and much more.

Saturday: Festa Junina in Ibiti

On Saturday, the Ibiti Village it becomes a real arraiá, with a bonfire, live music, an impromptu quadrille and a festival of Minas Gerais delicacies lovingly made by the local cooks and our farm-to-table team.

Grilled corn, cornmeal cake, curau, homemade paçoca, mulled wine, games for adults and children and a starry sky to complete the scene. All this with that delicious mountain chill.

A party with soul and purpose

At Ibiti, the Festa Junina has a regenerative footprint: we use reused materials in the decorations, local and organic ingredients in the food and invite the community to celebrate together - strengthening bonds and traditions.
