The project offers an agenda full of courses, lectures, seminars, technical visits, thematic meetings, and other trainings. The idea is to spread knowledge, share our values and purpose with employees, guests, neighbors, partners and the wider community, so that everyone can become allies for a more sustainable and conscious future.
The project also includes visits by students from Lima Duarte’s public schools for moments of immersion and learning about the environment, as well as integration with neighboring residents of the Commune to help them along the ReWild process.
Forest fires are one of the biggest threats to environmental recovery and require a great deal of effort to control and prevent. Therefore, we have a volunteer fire brigade, made up of people from the community and collaborators of the Ibitipoca Commune. Every year everyone goes through brigade training.
