Gaia Food Production

Aiming at the quality of the food consumed in the Commune in balance with the well-being of the planet, the food production sector applies techniques of organic agriculture, free of any chemical or pesticide fertilizers.

Developed crops involve concepts of syntrophic agriculture as well as biological, ecological, biodynamic and agroecological factors for the preservation of local biodiversity as well as the sustainability of production, using for example composting as a use of organic waste produced for plantation nutrition.
