The kitchen of the Engenho restaurant is located inside the lodge itself. The service is provided separately for guests of the lodge and Casa Carlinhos in the case of closed groups. Breakfast is served as a buffet with fruit, natural juices and traditional Minas Gerais cuisine.
Lunch is served as a buffet, a varied and typically Minas Gerais menu served on a wood-burning stove or in meals served directly at the table. The options follow the seasonality of the food produced locally and in the region.
Dinner is served in four courses consisting of a starter, first course, main course and dessert, chosen by the guest at the time of presentation. The menu prepared by Chefs Claude Troisgois and Pablo Oazen is presented to the guest daily by the waiters and via whatsapp at a time close to afternoon tea.
