Sustainable local production
Gaia Produtos Ecológicos produces and sells organic food without the use of pesticides, with the organic product seal in process. Most of the ingredients used in the restaurants are supplied by Gaia.

- What is not produced is purchased from local partners committed to sustainable practices.
